The school district implemented “future job call-out procedures” within the SmartFindExpress automated dispatch system effective on Sunday, November 18, 2012.
Provided below are memorandums from our Secretary Treasurer, Alanna Cameron issued to all CMSD82 employees and to CMSD82 CUPE Casual Staff and TTOCs detailing the future job call-out procedures including helpful reminders relating to the automated dispatch system. Also provided are the current Employee Quick Reference Guide and TTOC/Casual CUPE Quick Reference Guide (last updated November 18, 2012), for your information.
