The Human Resources Department is responsible for all processes related to hiring and supporting district employees. This includes recruitment processes, employee documentation and record-keeping, contract interpretation and negotiation, communication of human resource policies, dispatch of casual employees, conflict management and dispute resolution, and assistance in change management and reallocation of resources.
