In early December 2021, the Board of Education for Coast Mountains School District 82 engaged employees, students, parents and the wider community in a ThoughtExchange survey to understand the potential implications of implementing a vaccine policy.

The Board of Education extends its sincere appreciation for the valuable feedback received.
The Board of Education’s position on the vaccine policy remains unchanged. The Board of Education believes that the decision regarding a vaccine mandate needs to be handled provincially. The Board of Education will continue the discussion related to a potential vaccine mandate for School District 82.
