The 2020-2021 School Calendar for Coast Mountains School District 82, approved by the Board of Education and the Ministry of Education in February and May 2020 respectively, reflects the “original” school opening date for students on September 8. The return to school date for students was revised to September 10 by the Ministry of Education to provide a gradual restart to orient students and staff on the new health and safety measures in place. Teachers and support staff return to school on September 8.
Kindly note that other than the revised school opening date for students of September 10, the 2020-2021 School Calendar for Coast Mountains School District 82 remains in effect subject to change in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and recommendations from the BC Provincial Health Officer and the Ministry of Education.
