No guarantee or warranty is offered or implied for any of these surplus vehicles or equipment.  Surplus vehicles will be sold to the highest bidder(s) on a strictly “as is, where is” basis.

  • A public viewing of the surplus vehicles/equipment except for Unit #9481 will be held in adherence to social distancing protocols on Thursday, December 17, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the main parking area at the Coast Mountains Board of Education Office Complex located at 3211 Kenney Street in Terrace.
  • A public viewing of Unit #9481 will be held in adherence to social distancing protocols on Thursday, December 17, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the student parking lot at Hazelton Secondary School located at 2725 Highway 62 in Hazelton.

Interested parties may bid on any or all of the listed surplus vehicles or equipment by submitting a written sealed bid no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, December 17 to:

Bids must be submitted in hard copy form to the above address.  No mailed, faxed or emailed bids will be accepted on these items.  Bidder must include full name and contact information as well as the Vehicle or Equipment Unit Number on each bid (as referenced above).  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a public bid opening will not be held.

Coast Mountains School District will contact respective winning bidder(s) immediately after the closing date to arrange payment and pick up of surplus vehicle(s) or equipment.  Payment must be in the form of cash or certified cheque.  The winning bidder is responsible for removal of the surplus vehicle(s) or equipment at their own expense from the school district premises no later than December 21, 2020.
