  • New community roundtable to tackle racism in B.C. schools July 24, 2020
    A new Community Roundtable on Anti-Racism in education has been created to support the development of an anti-racism action plan and to strengthen the K–12 curriculum, ensuring the culture, beliefs and ancestry of all students and staff are accepted, celebrated and understood.

SmartFindExpress is the automated dispatch system utilized by Coast Mountains School District 82.  This system is used by employees to log absences and is used to place substitutes into vacant positions. 

Employees MUST register with the system by phone at 1-855-454-4008.  The access ID is your employee number.  Once registered, you can login via the website at: 

https://coastmountain.sfe.powerschool.com

SmartFindExpress Update …

 

The school district implemented “future job call-out procedures” within the SmartFindExpress automated dispatch system effective on Sunday, November 18, 2012.

Provided below are memorandums from our Secretary Treasurer, Alanna Cameron issued to all CMSD82 employees and to CMSD82 CUPE Casual Staff and TTOCs detailing the future job call-out procedures including helpful reminders relating to the automated dispatch system.  Also provided are the current Employee Quick Reference Guide and TTOC/Casual CUPE Quick Reference Guide (last updated November 18, 2012), for your information.

Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with this new procedure, as applicable to you, including the applicable updated Quick Reference Guide and helpful reminders. 

Note – the future job call-out procedure does not apply to Custodians due to the wide area coverage of their duties.
