To address rising COVID-19 case counts, protect people and communities and help break the chain of COVID-19 transmission, the Provincial Health Officer has amended the provincial public health orders effective midnight, March 30, 2021.  New and amended orders and guidelines are in effect through April 19, 2021 at midnight.  View the BC Government News release: Three-week circuit breaker begins now to bend the curve, protect people.

Provincial restrictions are in place to help stop the spread of COVID-19.  Some restrictions are made by the Provincial Health Officer under the Public Health Act and others are made under the Emergency Program Act (EPA).  Most orders can be enforced by police and compliance and enforcement officials.
