A Message for CMSD82 Parents & Guardians:

In light of the provincial government’s announcement on March 17, 2020 suspending in-class instruction at all BC schools to stop the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we share this quick survey with parents/guardians to collect information.  Further information regarding the continuity of learning for our students, or what school will look like, will be communicated to parents/guardians after Spring Break.  Additionally, we seek information from parents/guardians involved in essential service work and whether they have child care arrangements in place.

Parents/guardians can access the following link to complete the survey:

CMSD82 Parent-Guardian Survey Continuity of Education

The survey will be open to parents/guardians for completion until 4:00 p.m., Monday, March 23.

Kindly note that we have posted the Parent/Guardian Survey to all school websites, shared with our District Parent Advisory Committee, all School PAC Executives and First Nations Education Coordinators.  We have also posted the survey to school Facebook pages and distributed via school email parent/guardian distribution lists.

Thank you in advance for your time in completing this survey and sharing your feedback.

Please stay safe and continue to follow the preventive measures recommended by the Provincial Health Officer during this global pandemic.

Sincerely yours,

Janet Meyer
Acting Superintendent of Schools
