We are often asked how parents can support their child’s learning at home. Many of the quality learning resources that support education in our schools are accessible online. While there is no substitute for the instruction provided by classroom teachers, our Directors of Instruction have selected the following resources to help promote learning and discovery:

Educational Resource Acquisition Consortium
ERAC has arranged for BC students and their parents to gain easy home access to the ERAC Online Database Bundle until schools reopen for the new school year. Normally accessible only through District-issued login credentials and/or IP authentication, students and parents may now access the full ERAC-licensed WorldBook, EBSCO and Nelson/Gale collections from home using a single, temporary user name and password for all 3 collections. Districts may share this information with students and their parents via email or via their District and/or school public websites. Access information to be posted for students and parents is as follows:
