Coast Mountains Board of Education is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Janelle Hittel to the position of Principal, Kildala Elementary School.
Ms. Hittel is a long-time Kitimat resident who currently is a teaching Vice Principal at Nechako Elementary School. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and her professional teaching designation from Simon Fraser University and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Vancouver Island University.
Janelle is widely respected for her commitment to the learning success of the young people of Kitimat at the school and community level and is considered to be an effective team builder with a strong focus on building positive working relationships.
Coast Mountains School District welcomes Janelle to her new position.
