CMSD82 News Release – Kiran Bath, Manager of HR & Payroll Appointment  (PDF Format)

 

Coast Mountains School District is pleased to announce the appointment of Kiran Bath to the new position of Manager of Human Resources & Payroll. Kiran transitioned into her new role effective May 1, 2019 and reports to the Director of Human Resources.

In her new leadership role, Kiran’s duties will include overseeing staffing for the school district, recruitment, administration of the District Occupational Health & Safety Committee, the Attendance Support & Wellness Program including employee accommodations, and supervision of human resources and payroll related functions.

Kiran has served in the role of Human Resources Officer since August 1, 2013. The experience and knowledge she has gained and her proven ability to work well with people across the school district will serve her well in her new position. Kiran holds certification through the Canadian Payroll Association as a Certified Payroll Manager which requires renewal on an annual basis.

She joined the school district in January 2001 and has worked in a number of administrative positions including Accounts Payable Clerk, Sub-Dispatch Clerk, Accounting Clerk, Payroll Clerk for Teachers and Teachers Teaching on Call and most recently in the position of Human Resources Officer.

Kiran’s reputation is characterized by hard work, reliability, a professional approach to her work and bringing a team focused approach to everything she does.
