CMSD82 News Release – Kiran Bath, Director of Human Resources Appointment – July 1, 2020


The Board of Education for Coast Mountains School District is pleased to announce the appointment of Kiran Bath to the position of Director of Human Resources effective July 1, 2020.

Currently the Acting Director of Human Resources, Kiran has demonstrated exemplary leadership serving in this important interim role since September 1, 2019 managing the full spectrum of Human Resources services for our school district during the most extraordinary and challenging school year of 2019-2020.

Kiran joined the school district in January 2001 and has worked in a number of administrative positions including the positions of Human Resources Officer, Manager of Human Resources & Payroll and most recently the position of Acting Director of Human Resources. Kiran holds certification through the Canadian Payroll Association as a Certified Payroll Manager which requires renewal on an annual basis.

She brings a proven ability to work well with people across the school district with the experience and knowledge gained in her roles within the Human Resources Department since 2013. Her reputation is characterized by hard work, reliability, a professional and team building approach to her work and everything she does.

We extend our best wishes and every success to Kiran on her appointment to the Director of Human Resources.
