This is a difficult time for everyone. The world has been turned upside down for parents and guardians, and you need support. We have compiled resources for you, to provide ideas, tips and activities that may help you during the COVID-19 crisis.
The most important thing is to take care of yourself and your family, while not adding more stress as you support your children’s learning. It is important that we feel safe, secure, and connected to our loved ones before exploring different ways to learn at home.
Please check out the resources that we have assembled for learning from home for students and families to consider as we continue to work through our continuity of learning plans. Please explore these fantastic opportunities.
Many of the resources listed below come from Big Life Journal, a website dedicated to providing growth mindset resources for families.
In addition, the BC Government’s Keep Learning website provides learning resources and supports for K-12 students while in-class instruction is suspended.
We are working on bringing you more information and resources.
