CMSD82 News Release – Chantal Callbreath, Custodial Supvsr-HR Officer Appointment

 

Coast Mountains School District is pleased to announce the appointment of Chantal Callbreath to the new position of Custodial Supervisor/Human Resources Officer. Chantal will transition into her new role pending the replacement of her current position.

In her new role, Chantal will have a dual reporting structure, reporting to the Director of Facility Services relating to custodial matters and reporting to the Manager of Human Resources & Payroll relating to human resources issues.

Chantal joined the school district in May 2009 in the position of Payroll Clerk – Support Staff & Casual, a position she has held to this date. Chantal’s experience prior to her tenure with the school district includes roles as Office Administrator supervising and recruiting custodial and maintenance staff, Medical Secretary, Secretary/Receptionist, Bookkeeper and Custodian. Her background includes the completion of the Occupational, Health & Safety Part 1, Building Service Worker 1 & 2, CPR/First Aid and Payroll Compliance Practitioner courses.

Chantal’s experience and knowledge acquired working with employees across the district, her professional approach to her work and the reputation she has developed as a respectful, highly competent team player will continue to complement her in her new role.

We extend our congratulations to Chantal on her appointment and wish her every success as she pursues this exciting career change.
